Our Shipping Costs

Netherlands

  1. For orders under €250 (excluding VAT and shipping costs), a shipping and handling fee of €10 will be charged.
  2. Deliveries over €250 (excluding VAT and shipping costs) will be delivered free of charge.

Outside the Netherlands

For deliveries to other countries, shipping and handling fees will be charged depending on the destination.

  • Due to high package costs, extra shipping fees may apply for certain countries/locations.

Large Orders Depending on multiple packages and/or weight, a recalculation of shipping costs may occur.


How can I change my default delivery address?

You can easily change your delivery address. This can be done on your account page, where you can save multiple delivery addresses to choose from during your order.


My order is incomplete. What should I do?

It’s possible that your package was sent in multiple boxes. Please wait a bit longer or check the tracking code(s). If nothing arrives after some time or if you're unsure, please contact us and we will investigate what’s going on.


My shipment is damaged. What should I do?

A damaged item is very unfortunate! Please contact us immediately via email or phone, and we will reach out to the delivery service that handled your shipment.

Our tip: Take photos of the damaged item and its packaging beforehand. This will help us handle your complaint more effectively.
