Can I place an order again?
Yes, it's very easy! Go to the 'Orders' tab on the left in your account and open the order you want to re-order. Then click on the blue 're-order' button and select the items you want to re-order. These items will then be placed in your shopping cart. Open your shopping cart, check that you have everything and place your order!
Do the prices include or exclude VAT?
All prices displayed do not include VAT. If you enter your VAT number in your account, the amounts in the basket also exclude VAT. You do not have a VAT number? Then the VAT costs are automatically added to the amount to be paid during checkout.
Are you unsure about a colour?
Of course you can! Call us or send us a message. We will then do our best to send you a live photo of the colour as soon as possible, so this may convince you. We can then advise you right away, should this be necessary.
I need advice. How do I get this?
We can be reached via several ways. The easiest, of course, is for you to come and visit us in the showroom. Here we can sit quietly with you and look for the right combinations that fit. Is this not possible? Then we will be happy to give you the same advice by e-mail, video call or telephone.
Are the colours exactly as in the web shop?
We try to photograph all products as realistically as possible. We do this with great care, but the colours are approximate. This may mean that, in real life, the colour may vary slightly.
